The next Collaborative Colloquium will be "Recent Trends in Democratization and Decentralization in Southeast Asia" on 8 June from 1600-1800pm in the Institut für Völkerkunde Seminarraum. Please contribute observations and examples from your research areas in Southeast Asia, while Eric Haanstad will focus on the implications of decentralization and democratization within the context of the recent anti-government events (and subsequent "restoration of order") in Bangkok.
